I Was Created For Such A Time As This! How About You!

The Catechism of The Catholic Church (CCC) begins – what is the purpose of being born? The purpose of being born is to know, to love, and to serve God in this life and remain forever with Him in the next.

I have come to learn and believe that there is no greater time in history than to be alive today. Here I am Lord. I come to do your will. All I want is to be your salt and light to the world Lord Jesus so help me to accomplish it. To glorify God in business and life while helping others along the way.

Thank you for speaking to me Lord and keep my heart open to your call.

I have never experienced so much joy and peace as I do in the current moment. Blessed man that I am, with the Lord choosing great parents and a great brother as well as other extended family members to be good examples in life and faith.

God gave me abilities to be a good student even as a young boy and some athletic ability which helped me excel as a team leader on all teams I played on throughout all four years of college.

All the time trying my best to be considerate to all and which the Lord extended through my peers to be awarded most considerate in a grade school survey as well as receive the student knights of Columbus award and then later in life to be awarded for exemplary work in the pro life movement and a humanitarian award for giving to others among other awards.

It’s better I please the Lord then man.

God also allowed me to marry and granted 4 incredible and loving and helpful children then brought my nephew and his family into my life.

God also gave me a sales job through the help of others I was able to excel at for many years.

There were difficult times including the sudden death of my brother and only sibling as well as the death of my father and other important family members. Then there was the death of my marriage. Trying times indeed with personal struggles to the point of addiction.

Through it all the Lord walked with me, carried me, never leaving my side.

There has been constant and ongoing conversion and holiness throughout my life and where sin abound grace abound all the more.

Grace is everything.

By the grace of God I have been blessed to see His work, His hand and given the ability to connect the dots that it is the saving blood of Christ throughout all of it. The good and the bad.

God brings His children together everywhere and anywhere.

Jesus keeps drawing me in and I simply allow Him. There is inexplicable joy and peace, and there has been sorrow, sadness, heartache and suffering. It’s all part of the journey and connecting the dots.

The Lord chose pro life ministry work as well as mens ministry for me to do to Glorify Him while helping others.

The Lord also surrounds me with His people everywhere I go including but not limited to my family, friends, lay Dominicans, mens groups, pro lifers and more.

The Lord has brought multiple people, mostly men, some women into my life to accompany until death so this ministry of accompaniment to death for others is another ministry the Lord has graced upon me.

Faith, Helps, Encouragement and Intecessory Prayer are my charisms. Yes, and again all gifts from the Lord. Find out what your charisms are and live them.

Eucharistic Adoration

Eucharistic Adoration, my catholic faith which includes mass, the sacraments; especially Reconciliation are the cornerstone to my life in Christ. I also could not and would not want to live without The Blessed Mother and Rosary. It is her who brings me closer to Jesus!

One thing I find troubling is I am not always able to articulate my joy to others or maybe they can’t see it in me so this grieves me.

For instance, I have never been more joyful than right now. I constantly try to meet whoever crosses my path at the moment exactly and wherever he or she is at the very moment of meeting. I simply want to bring the love of Christ to all I meet.

I live with my mom in Florida. There is much joy and both her and I are exactly where God wants us to be.

My children, all grown up are incredibly supportive. So even though I live far away I have never felt closer to them. We are often in contact. They come to me in Florida and I go to them when I am back in town.

The Lord has given me a job in Florida that is pure blessing and abundantly life giving because I work for Him.

I actually believe I have it better than anyone, and I have a network of friends in faith who constantly lift me up. It’s hard to articulate how good I have it and what the Lord has done for me! It will be impossible for me to thank the Lord enough for what he has done for me.

The reason I must write this is because I have some relatives and friends, just a few, but nevertheless don’t understand why I would want to live away from my children and also not be able to be physically closer to them.

I hope this article helps them understand because I realize we all have different journeys but mine is to be the Priest, Prophet and King the Lord has anointed me to be by Rite of my Baptism into Him!

I simply want to live truth, live Catholic, live for Christ and do it 24/7, 365.

I thank God! I thank God for all of you, everyone I have ever met along this awesome journey we call life.

St Thomas Aquinas wrote to those who have Faith no explanation is needed and to those who don’t no explanation is possible.

Faith, Hope and Charity always!

Please pray for me and know I am praying for you!

May humility and obedience to almighty God; The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit reign supreme always in our hearts!

Jesus in me loves you very much!
