ACT OF CONSECRATION TO THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY

I, (state your name), renew and ratify today in thy Heart, O Immaculate Mother, the vows of my Baptism; I renounce forever Satan, his pomps and works; and I give myself entirely to Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, to carry my cross after Him all the days of my life, and to be more faithful to Him than ever before.

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, in the presence of all the heavenly court, I choose thee this day for my Mother and Mistress. I deliver and consecrate to thee, and to thy Immaculate Heart, my body and soul, all my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the value of all my good actions, past, present and future. I ask you to watch over and protect me, my home and my loved ones. May all be filled with heavenly grace, divine enlightenment, and a spirit of perseverance. May holy charity and divine truth flow out into our sinful world. O Immaculate Heart of Mary, I will love you and honor you always. Amen.
