OREMUS COMMUNICATIONS MAY 2019 NEWSLETTER

Hello everyone.

The recent events in Sri Lanka make it difficult to sound positive at the beginning of our newsletter this month. The loss of life and the number of injuries resulting from a series of terrorist bombs was horrendous. Our hearts and prayers go out to the victims and their families. We ask God to bless all of them and all of those seeking the Kingdom of God while suffering religious persecution.

In addition, we were greatly troubled by the terrible fire that took place at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France on Monday, April 15. We pray that a complete restoration of the centuries old Cathedral will be successful and that the people of France will rally once again not only in support of a restored Cathedral but also in support of their faith and service to God.

On Palm Sunday, April 14, Dr. Antone Raymundo was our guest on the Oremus Communication Family Rosary Program. With missionary zeal, Dr. Antone brought to life the Resurrection stories as they were told by the Saints themselves. For specific information on which Saints were mentioned, visit our Archive page and listen to our April 14 program.

On Wednesday, April 24, Dr. Denise Wilcox joined us on the OCFRP. Dr. Wilcox, as you probably know, is an icon in the Right to Life Movement here in Pennsylvania. In addition, to being a member of the Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, she is also on the Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Human Life Southeast (PHL SE).

Dr. Wilcox gave an elaborate presentation concerning pending Pro-Life legislation in both PA House of Representatives as well as the House of Representatives in Washington, DC. (see our archives)

Carl Malburg, leader of the International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Our Lady of Fatima Foundation talked at length about his ministry involving Our Lady of Fatima and finished by praying the holy rosary with us.

We would like to announce that we have added another program to our growing list of Spiritual Programs, entitled Pro-Life America Radio, hosted by John Williamson, ESQ and staff every Thursday evening at 7pm EST. Pro-Life issues are discussed in detail, i.e. a review of the movie “Unplanned” featured in a number of theatres across the country.

We have added to our Links page the St. Raymond Nonnatus Foundation, Freedom, Faith & Family, under the direction of Anne DeSantis on account of their great work on behalf of Christian values and marriage.

Wilkes-Barre, PA on April 27, 2019.
