Happy and Blessed Advent!
As always we encourage you to continue following the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops directives for the month of December , especially requests for Pro Life at United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, especially as we enter the holy season of Advent that we are now currently in and the start of a new Liturgical calendar year.
Please continue to tune into Oremus Communications every Thursday at 7pm EST to listen to Pro Life America Radio live broadcast and every Friday at 3pm EST, The Divine Mercy Hour, to listen live to the Legion of Mary Immaculate Conception Praesidium Divine Mercy Chaplet Program.
Also, be sure to go to our Archives to listen to any and all of our past programs including Our Lady of Fatima Novena Prayer Program (OLOFNPP) and our Family Rosary Program (OCFRP).
Advent throughout Church history has been and still is a penitential but also Joyful season which culminates in the Christmas season and the memorialization of the birth of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ so be sure to make the most of it in making a spiritual difference.
Don’t forget that we as Church will celebrate the feast of The Immaculate Conception of The Blessed Virgin Mary on Monday, December 9 this year due to the fact that its normal feast day which is December 8 falls on a Sunday. So, Monday, December 9 will not be a holy day of obligation however we encourage you to strive to attend mass on Monday, December 9 to honor our Lord and Our Blessed Mother.
Lastly, you are invited to attend the annual Our Lady of Guadalupe Dinner held at St. Pius X parish, Broomall, PA on Thursday, December 12 in the school auditorium and starts at 5:15pm with mass followed by a dinner and talk. Oremus is always honored to attend this great event which supports mother’s in crisis pregnancy and saves the lives of the unborn. Our own John Williamson, host of Pro Life America Radio, has been hosting this dinner and event for the last 30 plus years.
