10 Common-Sense Tips for Staying Healthy
1) Trust in God (stress suppresses immunity, weakening defenses to infections)
2) Pray daily (grace is real, miracles are real)
3) Wash your hands frequently, at least 20 seconds at a time (the time it takes to pray an Our Father)
4) Practice good hygiene (avoid touching face, mouth, and clean all surfaces)
