Heavenly Father,
Thank you for all the gifts you have bestowed on me since you created me in my mother’s womb.
It is You who gave me life, love, family, friendship, job, my children, food, clothing, shelter and my Apostolate.
You gave me a great childhood and upbringing all the way through college, even until now, through my parents, brother, uncle and grandparents and family, teachers, mentors and coaches and my ordained priest “brothers”.
You gave me a work ethic at a young age to understand that I had to put in the time and effort to succeed at anything I did and you gave me the ability to play sports and play football through college. I loved playing that game and never would have succeeded without my father and mother’s example, support, love and loyalty.
You gave me a brother that inspired me and went ahead of me in everything and helped train and mold me along with my parents to become the best version of myself in every way.
Then you gave me a wife and children after college was over and another family to love and be loved.
You weren’t done with me yet. You gave me parents that laid the foundation of my faith in you and a brother who You used to take my faith in You to the next level of deeper understanding, study and knowing You.
I tried my best to listen to Your voice and get to know You better even though I am imperfect.
You never gave up on me. I never gave up on You, nor will I, ever!
You brought more “family” into my life through the Ken DeFeo memorial scholarship fund, St. Pius X men of faith sharing group, The Kings Men, The lay fraternities of St. Dominic, The Catholic Business network of greater Philadelphia, the Knights of Columbus, The Charismatic prayer group, The City Team devotion group, the EWTN family and my childhood, high school, college, work and all “family” I met as an adult.
Yes, we are all family because of you Father, God and Creator.
Thank you for leading me to the lay Dominicans. Thank you for the Order in my life being a member of this Order provides.
May my only prayer, words, deeds and actions forever be to Glorify you in business and life while helping others along the WAY, pointing anyone and everyone to your only begotten Son, and My Lord, My Savior, My King, My Everything! Jesus The Christ!
May you only give me the strength to Love You with all of my mind, heart, soul with all the strength I can muster, and to love my neighbor as myself.
Help me become the best version of myself, the best husband, father, son, mentor and friend I know you want me to be.
You have given me everything I need. All I want is You and for others to want You.
Please send forth Your Spirit and renew me and create a clean heart in me daily. Sanctify and Purify me daily. Please let me decrease while Jesus in me increases. Let others only see You, when they see me. Let me only see You in everyone I see.
I know You gave me other great role models in the saints. May holy father and priest St. Dominic pray for me. May St. Thomas Aquinas pray for me. May Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati – A Man Just Like Me of The 8 Beatitudes – pray for me.
May my beloved St. Catherine of Siena who said – “If you are what you should be, you will set the world ablaze!” Pray for me. I am trying!
May The Mother of God and Jesus and My Lady of The Immaculate Conception and Rosary pray for me.
May all the Holy Apostles, Angels and Saints pray for me, my family, friends and the whole world.
For the sake of His Sorrowful Passion, have mercy on me and on the whole World!
Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on me and on the whole world!
“…Would we all be priests, prophets and kings”!
Would we all be saved! Not one perishing!
May I fill through my prayers, supplications, petitions, thanksgivings, actions, words, deeds, works of Mercy and mortifications what is lacking in the wounds of Christ for Your Great Glory!
St Faustina Pray for US! Pray for My Country and pray for all the people in the World! For Repentance and Conversion.
Jesus, I trust in YOU!!!
