Ode to My Lord Jesus

 

You are my Lord and my King

-my everything,

My beginning, my end,

and my very best friend.

 

You are Lord of my life

who frees me from strife,

And your graces, so rife,

lead to Eternal Life.

 

And though there is pain,

as I carry the cross,

I must not complain

‘cause You are my Boss.

 

So whatever you say

Lord, I will do.

‘Cause you are the Way

and I Trust in You!

Yes, You are the Way

and I Love You!
