Oremus Communications October 2018 Newsletter

Hello everyone. There were several events in September which we thought you would like to know about. First, the Legion of Mary on Saturday, September 8, celebrated the founding of the Legion of Mary 97 years ago, which now encompasses millions of members around the world. Locally, the Immaculate Conception Praesidium in Hockessin, DE celebrated the anniversary by hosting a gathering at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, including a recitation of the Holy Rosary and continental breakfast for all in attendance. This is the same Praesidium which hosts a radio program on OC every Friday at 3pm, featuring the recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet. (Please see our website.) On September 9th, representatives from Oremus Communications (OC) and other pro-family organizations saw the screening of the movie, Gosnell, about the infamous abortion doctor in Philadelphia, to be released throughout the U.S. on the weekend of October 10-12. Third, the interview with Dr. Antone Raymundo which we talked about in our September newsletter took place on Friday, September 21 and met with great success. Listeners got to hear about the unique experiences and miracles which took place in the lifetime of this great internationally renowned Evangelizer. Next, the Family Fully Alive Festival on Saturday, September 22, featuring guest speakers like the noted theologian, Dr. Scott Hahn along with Dr. Monique Ruberu, also, met with great success as the Festival emphasized the importance of “Humanae Vitae” and family values.
